چکیده

The article presents data on the course of inhalations with a native surfactant administered in two patients (66 and 53 years old) at late respiratory phase new coronavirus infection COVID-19 (the 22nd 19th days from disease onset) who received non-invasive artificial lung ventilation. Subjects methods. For inhalations, an AeroNeb™ micropump nebulizer was used; for one inhalation, 75 mg surfactant-BL dissolved 5 ml isotonic sodium chloride solution. treatment included 2 day. Results. In both patients, upon end this therapy surfactant, regression failure noted, level support reduced to insufflation humidified oxygen, rehabilitation measures were started subsequent discharge hospital.

Exogenous surfactant in acute respiratory distress syndrome: more is better.

Pulmonary surfactant is a complex of highly active phospholipids and proteins that cover the alveolar epithelial surface of the lungs [1]. Surfactant is synthesized in the alveolar type-II cells, stored in the lamellar bodies, and secreted to the alveolar space where it undergoes complex changes [2]. The composition of lung surfactant in humans is very constant, although it may change in diseas...
